A friend sent this to me. Looks clean as hell. No idea what that contraption on the roof is. No other pictures either.
It’s clearly a 4Runner and not a pickup.

That would be a 1st Generation 4runner. If I knew where this was I would be buying it right now. That is clean as get out and the removable rear roof is fun as get out.
